Visit Kuwait lists activity discounts: paintball at six and a half dinars

Four offers at the wind tunnel and climbing wall in Sabah Al-Salem, and a kiteboarding discount whose date is set by the wind. Tickets are valid a year and are non-refundable.

Visit Kuwait, the official tourism body, publishes a list of offers, each with a stated expiry date. Most are hotel stays, but six are activities you can book for a single day. Here they are, as their pages read on Wednesday evening.

Paintball: KD 6.500 instead of KD 10.500

The entry ticket covers clothing, protection and the marker, and comes with a hundred free rounds. The location is Arabian Gulf Street in Kuwait City, and the offer is available every day of the week until 18 June 2027. Enquiries on 97855551 or info@paintball-kuwait.com

The wind tunnel and climbing wall in Sabah Al-Salem

Four separate offers, all at twenty per cent off, at the Ozone indoor skydiving and climbing complex:

  • Six flights in the wind tunnel for one person, six minutes in total, with a fifteen-minute ground briefing, a suit, a full-face helmet and cancellation insurance. The page says one flight is the equivalent of a jump from fourteen thousand feet.
  • Three flights for one person. And here the page contradicts itself: the heading says three flights, while the description below it talks about a package of two, one minute each. Ask before you pay.
  • A quarter of an hour split between participants, up to five people — the family option.
  • An hour on the climbing walls, at levels suiting beginners and experienced climbers alike.

Tickets are valid twelve months from purchase and are non-refundable once sold. The complex opens daily from 1pm to 10pm according to its online store. All four offers run until 28 February 2027, and bookings are on 65637655.

One caution specific to these four: the Ozone store does not publish prices for its flight packages online, so the discount here is against an unpublished price. Ask what the original costs before you work out what you are saving.

Kiteboarding: fifteen per cent off the one-day experience

A two-hour introductory session, one-to-one with an instructor, equipment included. Alongside it, ten per cent off the full Zero 2 Hero course, an intensive programme running five to seven days. The page advises booking four to seven days ahead.

The detail that sets this offer apart from the others is that it has no fixed location: the training site is chosen according to the wind forecast, and a session may be rescheduled if the forecast does not suit. The offer runs until 18 October 2026, and contact is through info@q8kiteboarding.com

Before you book

The official site publishes the offer, but the provider delivers it. Call the number given and ask about the final price and the conditions, particularly where no original price is written down. And to repeat: Ozone tickets are non-refundable after purchase.

A note on the list as a whole: the offers page shows the expiry date only, not the start date. Several of the hotel offers on it have not begun yet — the Symphony Style offer runs from 1 November, the Montrose Hotel offer from 1 December — even though they sit under “this month’s offers”. Open the offer page and read the “from … to …” line before relying on it.
