The annual recruitment fair Wadhefati returns to the Arena Kuwait from 15 to 17 October, with more than a hundred companies under one roof. Entry is free — but it is not open: you have to register.
Register before you turn up
The organisers say entry is free but registration is required to enter the fair and the conferences, and that registration begins on 1 October 2026. Anyone who forgets this step may find themselves at the door.
The hours are not the same each day
Thursday and Saturday: 10 in the morning to 8 at night.
Friday: 2 in the afternoon to 8 at night. Four hours shorter — and that is the difference people usually miss.
Which employers
The sectors the organisers list: banking and investment, motors, hospitals and the medical sector, insurance, large trading companies, aviation, industry, universities, retail chains, and oil.
The fair addresses new graduates and experienced candidates alike, and anyone looking for full-time or part-time work.
What runs alongside it
Beside the fair, conferences and workshops run across the three days at the Grand Hyatt hotel, on the possibilities of the job market, career advice, CV writing, and interviews.
