Four spaces on Kuwait One, not one. Each of them sits where a reader is actually looking rather than where a slot is easy to put.
What the site is
A Kuwaiti publication in two editions, Arabic and English, covering Kuwait today and yesterday: news and openings, restaurants and the Kuwaiti kitchen, technology, the country’s memory, and what there is to do at the weekend. Both editions publish daily.
The spaces
1. A sponsored card in the feed
A card shaped like the site’s own cards — an image, a headline and one line — placed inside the list of posts on the home page and labelled Advertisement.
- Image 640×360 pixels.
- A headline up to ninety characters, and a line up to a hundred and fifty.
This is the space for anyone who wants their advertisement read rather than scrolled past: the card gets read because it is written, not because it is designed.
2. A rectangle inside the article
It appears after the third paragraph, while the reader is in the middle of paying attention — not after they have finished and left.
- 300×250 pixels.
3. A wide strip
Either beside the heading of a section on the home page, or at the foot of every page on the site.
- Desktop: 728×90 pixels.
- Mobile: 320×100 pixels.
4. A sponsored post
A full article about your product or service, written to the same editorial standard as everything else here: documented figures, a named source, and a headline that tells rather than sells. It lives in its natural section like any other post, and carries the label “Paid content” above the text and on its card.
It is the most expensive thing we sell because it is the only one that stays: a banner ends on its end date, a post stays in the archive and in search results.
Notes on delivery
- Please supply artwork at double the stated size so it stays sharp on high-density screens.
- Format: JPG, PNG or WebP. Static artwork, no animation.
- Every advertisement carries a start and end date and stops automatically after it.
- Every advertiser link goes out with
rel="sponsored", which protects you and us in search.
What we send you
A report of impressions, clicks and click-through rate for your advertisement, by date. The figures as they are, not rounded.
