Many people take it for a Kuwaiti brand, simply because it is everywhere. The brand’s own site says otherwise: Bazooka is Egyptian, and it came to Kuwait as a franchise.
Where it came from
The Bazooka Kuwait site is one of five country skins of a single brand, and its own country switcher offers Egypt, Kuwait, the UAE, Qatar and Bahrain. The contact page on the Kuwait site says franchise enquiries from outside Egypt go to an Egyptian number. The Bazooka Egypt site is headed Bazooka Egypt, its hotline is an Egyptian short code, and its branches are all in Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, Mansoura, Obour and Tanta.
The first Kuwaiti branch opened in Salmiya in the first week of January 2023, the brand’s first franchise outside Egypt, according to the trade publication FranchisingEG on 12 January 2023.
Where to find it
Nine branches are listed on the branches page of its Kuwait site: Salmiya; Farwaniya on Habib Munawer Street; Abu Halifa; Hawally, block 1, Nugra complex; Jahra Mubarak in Al-Mekhyal Mall; Dajeej in Sky Mall; The Avenues; Jahra Sulaibiya; and Abu Al-Hasaniya in The Village complex on the Fahaheel Expressway.
We say nine as the page listed them on 6 September 2026, not nine as an absolute.
Hours
10.30am to 5am, every day of the week with no variation. Note that the about page gives delivery hours of 11am to 3pm, which contradicts the store hours and is most likely a typo, so we are not printing it as fact.
The menu and the prices
The core is bone-in fried chicken sold by the piece: three, six, nine, ten, fifteen and twenty. Its two distinctive sub-lines are Shoot sandwiches and Musahab.
Prices from its own Kuwait menu, in dinars: Golden 3 pieces 1.750, Super Happiness 4 pieces 2.450, Golden 6 pieces 3.000, 8 pieces 5.250, 10 pieces 5.250, 15 pieces 8.250, 20 pieces 10.950. Sandwich meals run 1.350 to 1.750. There is a whole section called the 2 KD Offers: four combinations at exactly 2.000 each.
These are the prices as of 6 September 2026, and some menu sections carry seasonal names, so they may change.
Ordering and paying
On four delivery apps according to its official links page: Talabat, Deliveroo, Jahez and Keeta, and it has its own app on both stores. Its Talabat Kuwait page tags it fried chicken, burgers, American and fast food, rated 4.4 from a thousand ratings. Payment is cash, Visa, Mastercard and KNET.
What we could not find
The founding year in Egypt and the name of the founder. Neither the brand’s site nor any reliable trade source gives them, so we are not printing a founding year. The name of the Kuwaiti franchise holder is not published either.
