Ras Al Salmiya: KD 49 a Month, KD 199 a Year

A single day is 5 dinars, the women's annual plan costs less than the men's, and every figure comes from the gym's own front end.

Gym prices in Kuwait are among the hardest things to find published. Most operators want you to call or visit. Ras Al Salmiya puts its full list on its own front end, so we take it as it stood on 6 September 2026.

Men’s plans

One month 49 dinars. Three months 68. Six months 99, flagged as the highlighted plan. A full year 199.

The most useful thing in that table is not a figure but a ratio: the six-month plan works out at about 16.5 dinars a month against 49 for a single month. A month costs two-thirds less when it is bought inside half a year.

Women’s plans

One month 50 dinars. Two months 60. Three months 70. Six months 99. A year 150.

So the women’s year is 49 dinars cheaper than the men’s, while their month is one dinar dearer. Those are the gym’s own numbers, and it does not explain them.

The single visit

Five dinars for one day, the same for men and women. That is the figure for anyone who wants to try before committing, or who is in Kuwait for a week.

What is in it

Eleven classes for men and twenty-six for women. Durations: HIIT and Tabata thirty minutes, most classes forty-five, and Aqua, Muay Thai, Pilates and Zumba a full hour. Eighteen male coaches and sixteen female coaches.

The address is Salmiya, block 1, street 2, and the WhatsApp number is 6969 5969.

A contradiction in its own data

A women’s locker is 10 dinars a month with a 5 dinar refundable deposit. For the men’s locker, its English data says 5 dinars a month and its Arabic says 10. The two figures sit in the same place and contradict each other, so we print neither as fact.

What the site does not say

No owner and no company. The phrase “since 1982” appears only in the page’s search-engine description, never in published body text, and we found no commercial registration confirming it. So we call it a gym in Salmiya, not a Kuwaiti brand.

There is no branch list, no opening hours, no registration fee, and no student or family rate. We do not know whether the single visit includes classes or the gym floor only.

And the list carries no offer with an end date: these are standing prices, not a sale that closes.
