The Public Authority for Civil Information has moved address changes for Kuwaiti citizens onto Sahel, the unified government services app, so the whole thing can be done without going to the authority in person.
The route inside the app runs: the authority’s own service group, then Individual Services, then Change Kuwaiti Address.
You then pick the tenure the address is being registered under — rented accommodation and a parent’s home are both on the list — fill in the fields the service shows you, attach what it asks for, and submit.
The authority frames it as part of a wider push to digitise its counters and cut the time it takes to update where a person is registered as living.
