The karting circuit at Kuwait Motor Town runs on an arrive-and-drive basis, with no booking. It sits on King Fahad Road (40) at kilometre 51, south of Kuwait City, according to the circuit’s own FAQ and contact pages.

Hours

The page reads “Open every day from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm”, and immediately beneath it, “Closed on Sunday and Monday”. The two lines contradict each other as published. What is firm is that the track runs on Friday and Saturday at those hours.

Prices

From the published rental table: a Sodi RT8 at ten dinars for ten minutes, for ages thirteen and up; the same kart at twenty dinars for thirty minutes; and a Sodi LR5 at six dinars for ten minutes, for ages six to twelve.

What to wear

Race suits and helmets are provided. Every driver must turn up in long trousers, a long-sleeved shirt and closed shoes.

What else is on the site

Seven facilities share the ground: the main circuit, a drag strip, the karting circuit, an off-road area, a motocross track, a drift circuit and a drift arena. There are in fact two kart tracks, one homologated for racing and one for rentals, and the rental track is run both clockwise and anti-clockwise.

The main circuit is 5,913 metres long and twelve to fifteen metres wide, with twenty turns, eleven left and nine right. The grandstand seats 7,348 with a further 752 VIP seats, and there is parking for 3,300 vehicles.

The site publishes no telephone number, only a contact form, so there is no way to confirm the prices or the hours by phone from the page itself.
