The two outlets carrying the statement disagree on the opening day: Al-Rai says noon on Sunday, following a statement issued on Friday 4 September, while Kuwait News points to the 8th. Neither published the conditions — not the age, the height, the qualification, the number of places or the stipend. The academy page on the ministry’s site still shows an old advertisement, so its criteria should not be relied on. Read the conditions on the form itself inside Sahel before you apply.
