In the events list on the government “Visit Kuwait” site there is one activity that begins before the sun comes up: a ride along the water on an Arabian horse.

The published time is 3:30 to 6:30 in the morning. Longer than a short outing, and short enough not to run into the heat of the day. The listed season ends on 15 September.
What the page says
The description is one line and no more: a beach ride on Arabian horses. The operator is listed as “Horse Gym”.
And what it doesn’t
No address, no map coordinates, no price. The missing price is not an oversight in this case: the site publishes no prices for any of its events.
Even the classification is confused. The activity is filed in Arabic under “sea trips”, while its English description on the same page is a ride on the beach. So searching for it under “horse” may not turn it up.
