Complaining About a Delivery App: The Commercial Control Portal, and a Committee That Looks at It

A service activated on 2 September, resting on Decision 109 of 2026.

On 2 September the Ministry of Commerce and Industry activated a dedicated service for consumer complaints against electronic platforms and delivery apps. It is filed through the ministry’s commercial control portal, and it rests on Ministerial Resolution No. 109 of 2026.

Who examines the complaint

A specialised committee studies complaints and disputes between the customer and the service provider and takes the measures required.

When to use it

When a delivery fee exceeds one dinar on a single order, when a merchant is charged above the ceilings, or when a platform refuses to abide by what the decision sets out.
