Flow Island, the water park on Messilah Beach, runs this season until 1 October 2026, opening from 10 in the morning to 7 in the evening, according to the events page on Kuwait’s official tourism site.
Prices as the beach management publishes them
- Adult 18 dinars — with swimming, age 14 and above.
- Child 10 dinars — ages 3 to 13.
- Adult companion 3 dinars — no swimming, admits you to the slides area and the splash area only, age 13 and above.
- Nanny 3 dinars — same condition.
- Visitors with disabilities — adult 9 dinars, child 5 dinars. The child ticket is not sold on its own here: it has to be paired with an adult ticket, a non-swimming companion ticket or a nanny ticket.
- Under 3 free — the child’s civil ID is requested at the ticket window.
There is also a group discount, and it appears on the booking page before you choose tickets rather than after: four people 15 per cent, five 20 per cent, six or more 25 per cent. Book one at a time and you pay full price even if everyone arrived in the same car.
The detail that costs fifteen dinars
The 3-dinar companion ticket looks like a bargain, and it is not an ordinary entry ticket: the holder does not swim, and gets into the slides area and the splash area only. Anyone who buys one and then decides to get in the water does not buy a second ticket — they pay the difference at reception, fifteen dinars, and the ticket is upgraded to an adult ticket.
Rules worth knowing before you arrive
- Proper swimwear is required in every water area, and entering the water in anything else is strictly forbidden.
- Tanning oils and body and hair products are banned in and around the water areas.
- Non-swimmers are kept out of the deep areas.
- The 50 per cent disability discount is granted at the reception desk only, with a valid card. Anyone who booked online on the wrong ticket type pays the difference at the window.
The beach stays open six hours longer than the park
Messilah Beach itself runs daily from 9 in the morning until 1 after midnight, according to its official account. The water park’s hours are narrower than the destination’s: arrive at 7:30 in the evening and you will find the restaurants and the beach open and the park shut. The gap is six hours, and it is a fair reason to go early if the point of the trip is the water rather than dinner.
What else shares the site
Alongside Flow Island the beach holds four other destinations: Villa Shams, a women-only beach club; Fun Quest for games and high-level adventure courses; Trampo, an indoor play area for children up to 150 centimetres tall, with slides, mazes, climbing nets, ball pits, a sand area and two birthday rooms; and RC Arena for remote-controlled car racing. The beach is managed by United Projects for Aviation Services Company.
