Before you book
It is an IHG One Rewards member offer; membership is free but required. The offer page publishes no dinar price at all — it says offers vary by hotel, and a rate appears only after a property and dates are selected. The only firm number is the dining discount. No blackout dates are stated, and it has not been verified that all five Kuwait hotels are actually loading the package, so check your own hotel before paying.
