The first is at Dar Tantora The House Hotel in AlUla, which holds a Bib Gourmand in the Michelin Guide Saudi Arabia 2025. The brand’s corporate executive chef is Jaume Puigdengolas and the operator is Kerten Hospitality.

Prices from the restaurant’s own menu
- Starters: green falafel, garlic bread and batata harra at 2.450 each; a dip selection at 5.450; crispy king prawns at 3.950; yuzu kosho wings at 3.250.
- Mains: shish tawook, lamb kofta and pizza al tartufo at 5.450; truffle paccheri and baked shrimp cacio e pepe at 6.450; grilled baby chicken at 7.950; lamb shank, king prawns al ajillo and whole grilled market fish in banana leaf at 9.950; whole fried seabass in adobo at 11.950.
- The rib eye at 13.950, the most expensive plate on the menu.
- Kids: pasta and pizza margherita at 2.900, chicken tenders at 4.000, fish fingers at 4.250. All four desserts are a flat 3.950.
- Coffee: espresso 2.000; latte, americano, cappuccino and flat white 2.500; Turkish and French 2.250; V60 3.750; and Arabic coffee at 4.750, the dearest hot drink on the list.
What the menu does not say
It carries no valid-from date, so the prices may move. No precise opening date for the restaurant itself has been announced, and no seat count. The hotel is alcohol-free under Kuwaiti law, and the list runs mocktails and fresh juice at 3.000.
