Luna Park is back at Interior Park: rides cost KD 1 to KD 3, open from noon on Fridays

Kuwait Luna Park opened its second season on Thursday 29 October at a new site, Interior Park (منتزه الداخلية), run by Magicland. The Eventat booking page pins it at 29.2487, 48.0192.

Hours

  • Weekdays: 3:30 pm to 11:30 pm.
  • Friday, Saturday and public holidays: noon to 11 pm.

Who can get in

The booking page’s terms say entry is open to Kuwaiti citizens and citizens of the other GCC states only. If you are a resident from outside the Gulf, check with the organiser before you load any credit, because the balance is not refundable.

How you pay

There is no entry ticket on the booking page. You buy game-card credit in blocks of KD 10, 20, 30 or 50, valid for the whole season, with no refunds or exchanges. If you turn up without a card, issuing and loading one costs 250 fils.

Ride prices

From the price board the organiser published:

  • KD 1: the wheel, the slide, the dragon coaster, mini bumper cars and the inflatables.
  • KD 1.250: the pirate ship and the Samba Tower.
  • KD 1.500: the gondola and skill games.
  • KD 2: Mini Discovery, Frog, Frisppy, Sky Screamer and the spinning coaster.
  • KD 3: the horror house.
  • Kids’ games: from 750 fils.

The board says there are more rides than it lists. As a rough guide, a family of four taking three rides each at an average of KD 1.500 spends about KD 18, so the KD 20 card covers one evening.
