The Public Authority for Civil Information has added a service to Sahel, the government’s single app, letting people covered by Article 7 bis of the residency rules — personal sponsorship — file a request to change their residency status without going to a counter.
The path
Inside Sahel: individual services, then the residency-status amendment service marked Article 7, personal sponsorship, then attach the requirements and submit. Those are the steps as the authority itself published them.
Who it covers
Only people in the Article 7 bis category. Nothing that existed before has been withdrawn, so anyone outside that category keeps to the route they already use.
Before you start
Have the documents ready as files before you open the request. Attaching and submitting are one step at the end of the path, not two you can stop between.
