Black Rabbit: brisket that spends 12 hours in the smoker, and a 1.2 kg tomahawk
A grill house at Assima Mall and The Warehouse Mall, with its menu priced in dinars online, open daily from 1 pm.

Black Rabbit is a grill and smoked-meat restaurant with two branches in Kuwait: Assima Mall on Al-Shuhada Street in Kuwait City, and The Warehouse Mall in Ahmadi. Both open every day from 1 pm to 11:30 pm, according to the restaurant’s website.
Twelve hours of smoke
Three dishes on the menu are listed as smoked for 12 hours. The brisket comes sliced with barbecue sauce and pickles for KD 6.750. The short ribs come with barbecue sauce and pickled onion for KD 7.500. The pulled brisket sandwich, tossed in the same sauce, is KD 4.750.
The smoked brisket turns up elsewhere too: piled on fries with cheddar and pickles (KD 4.250), stirred through rigatoni (KD 5.450), and rolled with avocado and cucumber as “brisket sushi” (KD 5.750).
Off the grill
