Kuwait Municipality is redistributing sixty-seven stalls at Al-Hareem Market in the Al-Mubarakiya markets area. Applications are open from 20 to 24 September during official working hours.

- Applications: 20 to 24 September, at the Food and Markets Control Department, Capital Governorate municipal branch in Shuwaikh, behind the Passports and Immigration Department.
- Public lottery: Monday 12 October, 9 a.m., at the Al-Rai Markets Municipality Centre.
- The applicant or an authorised representative must attend.
What has not been published
The municipality has published no application fee, no detailed eligibility conditions, and no statement of whether this round is reserved for a particular group. The process falls under the Public Markets Regulations issued by Ministerial Resolution No. 118 of 2023.
